Domaine Combe Queyzaire is pleased to present its three main cuvées: “Les Aestivalis”, “Côtes du Rhône”, and “Côtes du Rhône-Villages”.
All organic, no yeast, no filtration and no sulfites, Grandpa Denis style, each wine is an expression of the land and climate, created with care to highlight the uniqueness of its origins.
Our wines are renowned for their balance, elegance and ability to capture the essence of the southern Rhône terroir.
La cuvée « Les Aestivalis »
Summer in a bottle
Cuvée “Les Aestivalis” is a refreshing red, the ideal companion for light summer meals, perfect for serving chilled.
Composed of Mourvèdre (50%), Carignan (40%) and Grenache (10%), this cuvée comes from three old, late-ripening plots bordered by forests.
The winemaking process is designed to minimize tannin structure while maximizing fruit, resulting in a wine with a delicate structure.
La Cuvée “Côtes du Rhône”
Depth and elegance
This cuvée is a wine that, while powerful, maintains a beautiful freshness, perfect for accompanying robust dishes with friends.
A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, this cuvée reveals the richness and complexity of our terroir.
Naturally fermented in low-temperature vats, the wine is a dark purple, almost opaque color, with an intense nose of creamy black fruits, pepper and laurel, enhanced by a milky touch. Round, full and velvety on the palate.
La Cuvée “Côtes du Rhône village”
An exceptional terroir
Aged in old oak barrels and concrete vats, this wine is distinguished by its rich fruit, and a persistence where minerality, spices and floral notes of violet dominate.
Cultivated on an ancient plateau of the Rhône terrace, between the river and the limestone massif, this cuvée benefits from the influence of the Mistral and a soil of rolled pebbles over garrigue, giving the wine an intense minerality.
The Syrah is vinified by partial carbonic maceration, while the Grenache is vinified in whole bunches to bring out its freshness and aromas.
